Chinese Medicine:

Chinese Medicine is a complete system of healing that has been developed and practiced by physicians for more than 3,000 years. Oriental Medicine includes acupuncture and Chinese herbology, heat therapy, breathing exercises and meditation, therapeutic massage, nutrition and lifestyle counseling.

We see each person as a unique individual and therefore diagnosis and treatment plans are specific to each individual’s needs to approach the modern world’s challenges to health and happiness.

Acupuncture:

Acupuncture is one of the oldest and most commonly used medical procedures in the world daily. It consists of inserting very thin, disposable needles into specific points on the skin that help regulate the flow of vital force and blood to different parts and organs of the body. Most of the points used are on the extremities. Insertion is usually painless. Once the needles are inserted the person rests between 20 to 40 minutes. After the needles are removed they are disposed. Needles are only used once.

Acupuncture helps to relief pain, strengthen the immune system, detoxify and regulate the functioning of the internal organs. It is generally a very relaxing experience due to its effects on the nervous and endocrine systems. Even people who are afraid of needles enjoy acupuncture. Read more about acupuncture

It is a great technique to strengthen the whole organism and enhance immune function. It is also very helpful for pain in the joints like knees or elbows. When receiving moxibustion usually a pleasant warming sensation is felt on the skin directly above.

Traditionally it is believed that moxibustion technique is used to enhances the effect of acupuncture by opening energy blockage, warming the body, promoting blood and lymphatic circulation and increasing the energy of the body.

Herbology:

Herbal medicine, also known as herbalism or botanical medicine, is a medical system based on the use of plants or plant extracts that may be consumed or applied to the skin. It has persisted as the world’s primary form of medicine since the beginning of time, with a written history more than 5000 years old.

Herbal medicine utilizes both plant biochemical components, which have a physical effect in the body, and energetic actions, which have an affinity for more subtle levels of body functioning. Read more about herbology

Total Body Analysis:

This is a natural healing system developed by Dr. Reuben T. Dehaan based on kinesiology testing. It uses the frequencies of body tissues and different kinds of disease causing agents to understand and treat imbalances in the body.

It helps us obtain very useful information such as if there is a structural problem, toxin involvement, hormonal imbalance, or emotional block that is inhibiting the ability of your body to self-regulate and regain well-being.

The system also provides clear information on what steps to take and in which order to help the organism clear toxicity at all levels and restore normal function. Read more about TBA

Biotherapeutic Drainage:

Biotherapeutic Drainage is a unique method to recover and maintain wellbeing by promoting efficient eliminations of toxins from the body while regulating the proper functioning of the organs, tissues and glands.

By normal function, cells release wastes and toxins into the surrounding tissues. Drainage is the process ensuring that these wastes and toxins are carried by blood and lymph out of cells and tissues toward the excretory organs call emunctories for their elimination.

Biotherapeutic drainage facilitates the organism’s natural tendency to release these toxins, without aggression, side effects or without forcing the body’s natural ability to eliminate. Read more about Biotherapeutic Drainage
